Job Summary
A software and services company for health insurers has a current position open for a Remote Business Leads Account Manager in Pittsburgh.
Must be able to:
- Manage day-to-day client interaction
- Set and manage client expectations
- Develop lasting relationships with user base and management at client sites to foster long-term brand loyalty
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel 10-20% out of the area
- 5+ years of experience in customer management, account management, and/or sales management
- A general understanding of business processes related to software development
- Experience in effective customer management
- Ability to work independently and to plan, organize, and set/achieve priorities
- Superior interpersonal skills
