Job Summary
A Company develops a service commerce platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Management Customer Support Director .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a support organization of 30-50+ employees that spans the entire family of Bold Group brands, providing business and technical support to our customers on complex solutions
- Implementing best practices around problem management ensuring appropriate root cause analysis and appropriate integration points for partnership of other Bold Group teams (ie: development, product management, professional services, etc.)
- Leveraging various sources to make data-based decisions on team structure, strategic and tactical plans, and overall management of team
Position Requirements Include:
- An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others and delight customers
- 10+ years of experience managing customer support teams, with 10+ years of experience in a SaaS and on-premises software company and 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within a high-growth and rapidly evolving support organization
- Passionate about the customer and delivering focused measurable improvements
- Proven ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product and technology knowledge
- Knowledge of business management software, ERP software and/or alarm automation software is a plus
