A patient-to-payment solutions company is seeking a Remote Business Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring customer data using sftp, data management and SaaS tools
- Helping with Ad hoc customer requests for AR data
- Helping with customer support and representing their needs internally to the company
Position Requirements Include:
- In-person and virtual company retreats
- Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle
- Technical competency with revenue cycle products
- Pprevious product and/or business roles
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and convey expertise and confidence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
