Job Summary
An international technology and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Business Operations and Governance Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and execute business governance process to ensure the delivery of the Global Service Desk contractual requirements
- Engage with senior leadership and other part of the organization to identify and define business critical process improvements
- Create and manage executive level performance reporting
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 15 years of experience in leading and supporting delivery organizations
- Profound knowledge of outsourcing management and service delivery processes
- The ability to work in an international cultural environment with management and other stakeholders
- Experience in setting up and managing operational governance process
- Executive level presentation and communication skills
- Client Management and Offer Management skills
