Job Summary

An international technology and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Business Operations and Governance Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Define and execute business governance process to ensure the delivery of the Global Service Desk contractual requirements
• Engage with senior leadership and other part of the organization to identify and define business critical process improvements
• Create and manage executive level performance reporting

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 15 years of experience in leading and supporting delivery organizations
• Profound knowledge of outsourcing management and service delivery processes
• The ability to work in an international cultural environment with management and other stakeholders
• Experience in setting up and managing operational governance process
• Executive level presentation and communication skills
• Client Management and Offer Management skills
