A non-profit social justice organization has an open position for a Remote Business Operations and Process Improvement Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the operational excellence subject matter expert
• Lead the presentation of data, insights, and recommendations
• Create a culture that positions the organization for operational excellence

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 8 years of experience leading/managing process improvement initiatives
• 10 years of process improvement experience
• Experience leading and successfully delivering cross-functional team engagements
