A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations and Strategy Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage and oversee the entire end to end claims process
• Identify the highest areas for us as a company and strategize on initiatives for mitigation
• Identify and drive ongoing improvements for central processes

Required Skills:

• Experience in the auto/mobility space
• Minimum 4+ years in a high performance environment
• People management experience
• Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
• Experience collaborating across work groups with a service-minded perspective
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify pain points
