Remote Business Operations Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compliance Lead.

Must be able to:

• Assist in the development and execution of annual Corporate and ACO Compliance work-plan(s)
• Facilitate the analysis of risk and execution of the annual audit plan
• Minimize organizational liabilities through the detection and communication of opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years prior experience with health care compliance, including fraud, Privacy, waste and abuse
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent result
• Ability to be flexible and scale with our extremely fast-paced, thriving startup environment
• Assist with compliance and privacy related investigations
