Job Summary
A commercial real estate service has an open position for a Remote Business Ops Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and enter standard agreements and/or transactions
- Assist other departments in obtaining necessary verifications from sales professionals
- Coordinate the timely entry and processing of standard AP transactions per vendor invoices and expense reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of Financial software systems e.g. PeopleSoft, MTA, VAS and I-Track
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
