Job Summary
An internet support services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Operations G and A Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Running a full life cycle seat and partner closely with hiring managers within your client groups to design and execute scalable and repeatable customized recruiting plans
- Acting as an experienced and trusted adviser to hiring managers; provide guidance, insights and best practices on hiring strategies
- Partnering with hiring teams to improve talent attraction strategies to increase diversity of pipelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate business / general administration roles
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage 20+ reqs at any given time
- Track record of success partnering with senior leadership and driving large scale programmatic hiring initiatives
- Passion for driving diversity within the recruiting process
- Ability to effectively influence and drive decision making
- Ability to identify bottlenecks or issues before they arise and provide win/win solutions
