Job Summary
A human resources solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Operations Generalist.
Must be able to:
- Process payroll and own compliance for federal, state and local tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist with benefits management including enrollments, policies writing and enforcement and program administration
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of general HR or People Operations experience
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Experienced using a HRIS system like Gusto, ADP, Workday, etc
- Proficient with Microsoft or Google Office Suite
- Strong research skills and upskilling
- Knowledge of payroll regulatory requirements and benefits legislation such as HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, etc
