Job Summary
An automotive publishing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying areas of inefficiency across the business, implementing improvements to the operations process
- Managing the company’s OKR framework linking quarterly strategy to yearly, and longer-term goals
- Working closely with the various department leads to support, advise, and implement new processes, tools, and strategies
