Remote Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the execution of cross-functional special projects, including complex initiatives
• Getting your hands dirty with data and modeling, including ad hoc SQL analyses
• Structuring work for more junior BizOps team members and data analysts including project scoping/definition

Qualifications for this position include:

• 6+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams, either as part of projects or direct reports
• Very proficient in SQL (required), Google Sheets or Excel (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to draw business insights and operational takeaways from analyses and models
