A behavioral healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Business Operations Lead in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead our billing processes and drive revenue
  • Own our dashboard and RCM analysis
  • Improve billing UX for clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a consulting and/or a startup PM or Ops position
  • Workflow/Process Leadership: Highly organized, operational thinker, that can organize teams to tackle complicated problem through collaboration and triage
