Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Business Operations Manager in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Identify, scope, and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve our marketplace processes, experiences, and metrics
- Maintain joint accountability for delivering the Marketplace OKRs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams both within and outside of Marketplace (Product, Growth, Ops, Finance, Data, Engineering) to advance key business priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of experience in a mix of strategy consulting, business operations, and/or other strategy or operations roles
- Experience building complex financial models and conducting sophisticated analyses, with proficiency (or willingness to learn) in SQL and BI tools (e.g., looker)
- Experience mapping complex E2E processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing and measuring change
- Ability to credibly and compellingly present complex problems and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle between multiple priorities, leading and delivering high-quality work and adhering to tight deadlines
