Job Summary
A global information technology firm specializing in personal online security is in need of a Remote Business Operations Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with the CRO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and business needs
- Informing CRO’s strategic priorities helping to identify the areas where they must direct their focus
- Developing business plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term strategies and objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of relevant Business Operations and Growth experience
- Proven and successful experience managing a cross-functional team
- Deep expertise on sales automation and CRM systems
- A passion for serving others, the ability to work comfortably in a group setting, a skill for problem solving and thought leadership, strong strategic and analytics skills
