Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Business Operations Senior Strategy and Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with a major business area and business leader as a mini-COO
- Support leaders in the development and refinement of their strategies
- Drive our overall rhythm of business (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-10 years of total experience with a focus on strategy and operations
- Excellent problem structuring, identification and resolution skills
- Excel at relationship-building and leading through influence
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience and comfort driving outcomes where the answers are not always clear and well defined
- Excellent executive communication, presentation skills, and business case development skills
