A healthcare company has an open position for a Business Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing audits of submitted records to monitor compliance with program policies
- Providing recommendations, training and coaching to stakeholders on program participation
- Coordinating and leading meetings with stakeholders, to drive continual improvement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC, COC, and/or CIC)
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
- 3+ years of Operations experience in a healthcare setting
- Microsoft Office specialist; Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence without authority
