Job Summary

A dairy manufacturer and distributor is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Systems Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing application training/education
  • Documenting, troubleshooting, escalating and managing IT problem tickets
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert

Required Skills:

  • Associates degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years business and process experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, and troubleshooting issues
