Job Summary
A software and consulting services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Opportunity Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating business development activities for qualified opportunities
- Facilitating pre-sale planning, orchestrating the proposal development process, and coordinating post-submission activities
- Managing the proposal development process and accountable for submitting RFP compliant proposals
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as required accommodating workload and meeting delivery of deadline-driven projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field; OR
- At least five years demonstrated and related experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience developing, writing, producing and managing materials in response to RFPs
- Ability to manage all aspects of the proposal development effort, including project management and coordination
