Job Summary
A software and services company has an open position for a Remote Business Partner Talent and Culture.
Must be able to:
- Support, participate and/or lead talent and culture related programs and initiatives
- Provide guidance regarding talent and culture policies and programs
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and exit interviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is highly desirable; or a combination of education and work experience
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- Project/program management skills
