Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Business Performance Sales Operations Analyst II in Lincolnshire.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as analyst for Company's Sales Compensation Administration
- Managing monthly, quarterly and annual administration of compensation plans for: Sales Executives, Customer Success Representatives, Solution Architects, sales managers and sales leaders
- Building and maintaining multiple salesforce.com dashboards and reporting to support sales leadership on Company's global sales team and leadership within Company's solution segments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in General Business is preferred or equivalent work related experience
- 5 to 10 years professional work experience in a sales or analytical / research position
- 5 plus years of strong research, reporting and analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Advanced abilities in Saleforce.com and Xactly compensation management tool
- Experience with business intelligence/data aggregation tools (Tableau/Microsoft Power BI)
