Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating, controlling and improving business processes
  • Leading process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Diagnosing process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ years provider experience
  • 1+ year workflow experience
  • Microsoft Visio proficiency
  • Workflow creation and documentation (i.e., standard process flow) experience using Visio
  • Experience reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in comparison to current workflows
