A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and manage customer readiness activities
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams

Required Skills:

  • 2 year of experience in managing business and/or system processes
  • 1 years of experience with documenting processes and practices
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
