Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Business Process Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Prioritize and organizes own work to meet deadlines

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare products
  • 1+ year of experience in business analysis
  • Experience leading / facilitating business requirement gathering sessions and writing clear, concise business requirements
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel and PowerPoint)
