Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Process Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with clients in the retirement industry who have outsourced their recordkeeping
- Researching outages between fund company share positions to locate outage shortages
- Working with the client to resolve the outages
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Thorough understanding of Core OMNI, OMNI Trade, OMNI Plus, Admin Web
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience using them is a prerequisite of this role
- Basic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
