Job Summary
A cloud-based disaster recovery and business continuity service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Analyst in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Capturing and documenting user stories, map workflows, and write specifications
- Leading projects to design and implement new and upgraded applications
- Designing and maintaining business intelligence and analytics reports
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst or similar position
- Track record of capturing and documenting user stories, process mapping, and application designs
- Demonstrated project delivery of cross-functional, technical projects for business outcomes
- Excellent technical capabilities in navigating different software and systems
- Understanding of the "as-a-service" business model and cloud-based services
