Job Summary
A biotechnology non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Business Process and Application Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide operational and functional support and troubleshooting of complex user and application issues
- Serve as an expert for one or more of the organization's applications
- Review and test software training documentation for new applications and changes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
- OR minimum two years’ experience in general business application support
- Advanced proficiency with minimum of two years of experience in MS Office applications
- Superior problem-solving/analytical skills; outstanding organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams
