Job Summary

A wine and spirits company is in need of a Remote Business Process Automation Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating wiki-based end-user and administrator documentation and e-learning modules
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Owning the release schedule

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing the digitization of operational processes
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent
• Proven track record in documenting, automating, and optimizing business processes
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP environments
