Job Summary

A computer consultant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning, developing, delivering, and training an organization on processes
• Creating user requirements based in form of stories as well as end user documentation
• Creating use cases, providing workflow analysis and creating reusable collateral

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5 years experience with requirements discovery and documentation
• 5 years in process areas
• 5 years experience and proficiency in leading process workshops and requirements documentation
• 5 years experience with testing processes including documenting test cases and scripts
• Experience performing business analysis for ServiceNow related projects efforts
• Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies
