Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is filling a position for a Remote Business Process Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Identify productivity and cost saving opportunities
- Provide backup assistance to the Director, Operations Initiatives as needed
- Identify continuous improvement needs for department functions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics/industrial engineering or related field
- 6 years total experience in Mortgage related role(s), with at least 3 of those years acting in a process improvement capacity
- Experience in process or operations management (Lean/Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience leading and facilitating improvement projects with an understanding of project planning and project management
- Demonstrated ability to structure change management efforts and drive performance improvements
