Job Summary
A diversified technology company is in need of a Remote Business Process Expert Support.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, define, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring proper stakeholder management and communication
- Provide process support by coaching and continuously educating outsourcing partners
- Analyze order problems and orders with exceptions, to identify root causes and potential continuous improvement opportunities.
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of service Supply Chain Processes and demonstrated ability to track, analyze and interpret business data
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience leading and defining continuous improvement processes
- Knowledge of order management/ERP systems
