Job Summary

A diversified technology company is in need of a Remote Business Process Expert Support.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, define, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring proper stakeholder management and communication
  • Provide process support by coaching and continuously educating outsourcing partners
  • Analyze order problems and orders with exceptions, to identify root causes and potential continuous improvement opportunities.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of service Supply Chain Processes and demonstrated ability to track, analyze and interpret business data
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience leading and defining continuous improvement processes
  • Knowledge of order management/ERP systems
