A provider of customized Business Process Management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Management Client Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide new and existing members and providers with the best possible customer service
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Maintain awareness of the way performance and actions affect members
