Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Claims Case Researcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Analyzing medical claims and further investigate those claims
Initiating conversations where recovery potential exists
Examining and investigating medical claims to establish if recovery potential exists

Required Skills:

Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
18+ years of age
Steady work history
Experience with claims and making professional outbound calls is a must
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
Have prior clerical / customer service work experience
