Job Summary

A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Client Experience Specialist in Ocala.

Must be able to:

  • Proactively resolve client conflict in an effective and timely manner
  • Optimize processes to improve overall operations
  • Continually identify sales opportunities with existing clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 years minimum call center experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • No personnel corrective action within last 90 days
  • Experience with CRM/ERMs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to coordinate programming changes with IT
