Job Summary
A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Client Experience Specialist in Ocala.
Must be able to:
- Proactively resolve client conflict in an effective and timely manner
- Optimize processes to improve overall operations
- Continually identify sales opportunities with existing clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years minimum call center experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- No personnel corrective action within last 90 days
- Experience with CRM/ERMs
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to coordinate programming changes with IT
