Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Healthcare Payer Senior Business Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interacting with clients and potential clients in order to understand their business requirements
• Providing solutions based on leveraging existing technology, functionality, and processes
• Providing solutions based on designing CAP system enhancements

Required Skills:

• Degree or equivalent
• Strong Healthcare Payor experience, Third Party Administration experience is required
• Deep experience with at least one Health Claims Platform during the past 5 years (ie. HealthEdge, Facets or similar)
• Experience of at least one end-to-end CAP (Claims Administration Platform) implementation in the past 5 years
• Thorough understanding of the Healthcare value chain and associated third party vendors
• In depth understanding of the end to end project lifecycle
