Job Summary

A premier customer experience partner has an open position for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Senior Project Manager.

Must be able to:

• Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
• Manage resources, schedules and financials
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders

Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years in project management role; preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing environment
• 3+ years of experience with information technology projects from strategy through completion
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience using Microsoft office products, specifically Excel, Project, powerpoint and Teams
