Job Summary
A telemarketing and outsourcing business needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Solutions Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop and complete high class responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
- Evaluate and analyze client requirements and provide detailed solutions
- Develop world class customized service solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20% across the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, English Literature, History, Arts, etc
- 4-6 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Full understanding of contact center operations
