Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm has a current position open for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Technology Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure implementation of system requirements
- Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of business technology and prorgramming experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data analysis using SQL, MS office or related technologies, required
- High school diploma, required
