Job Summary
A company that provides solutions for business process and contact management centers is filling a position for a Remote Business Process Solutions Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
- Generating sales leads
- Cross-selling products associated with insurance coverage
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
- 1-year of call center experience or 1-year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
- Sales experience in Insurance or other
- Highly driven with sales goals
- Demonstrating empathy, Placing yourself in the customer's shoes
