Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Business Processing Seasonal Tax Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring team morale stays high, creating above-industry-average retention for seasonal roles
- Driving team attainment of SLAs and KPIs
- Identifying areas for process improvement at the individual and team level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Credentials as a Tax Professional; CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Tax Attorney with active PTIN
- 3 + years managing remote teams
- Understanding of tax preparation, tax filing, and tax accounting practices
- Ability to ensure team morale stays high, creating above-industry-average retention for seasonal roles
- Ability to drive team attainment of SLAs and KPIs
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement at the individual and team level
