Remote Business Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing operational programs in a fast-paced environment, the fully remote Business Program Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while supporting Sales and Business Operations initiatives on a 12-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operational programs from intake through completion, ensuring timely and quality project delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and drive accountability among stakeholders
• Track and analyze sales funnel performance and develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM and other tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Sales Operations
• Experience leading cross-functional operational programs from planning through execution
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational best practices
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
