Job Summary
A managed vision care company has a current position open for a Remote Business Quality Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and validate the scope of business functions and processes to analyze for proactive change and improvement
- Tracking provider and member letter template development and configuration
- Conducting scheduled and ad hoc performance guarantee, production and trending reports as assigned and within required timeframes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare or related field or combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant health insurance work experience
- Experience with working on multiple projects concurrently
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of a broad range of health care business processes and related systems
- Ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners, and technical staff
