Job Summary
A leading healthcare company is in need of a Remote Business Readiness Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining success criteria/metrics and monitoring change/progress
- Developing and implementing communications and stakeholder engagement activities
- Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- 2+ years of Health Care experience
- 2+ years of experience with Project Management
- 2+ years of working knowledge of an Agile software development lifecycle process
- 5+ years' experience in change management/communications role within software deployment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
