Job Summary

A leading healthcare company is in need of a Remote Business Readiness Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining success criteria/metrics and monitoring change/progress
  • Developing and implementing communications and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • 2+ years of Health Care experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Project Management
  • 2+ years of working knowledge of an Agile software development lifecycle process
  • 5+ years' experience in change management/communications role within software deployment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
