Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Business Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and improve upon our Applicant Tracking System
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years experience in recruiting or staffing
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, topgrading, behavioral, etc )
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify and engage talented candidates across many different disciplines
- Knowledge of employment law and immigration requirements when hiring
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
