Job Summary
A building products and technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Relationship Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical input, feedback, and consultation
- Providing field support and customer training as needed
- Designing, developing, documenting, and implementing solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- SAFe or Agile development methodologies for supporting configure-first solutions
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or Mathematics discipline
- Knowledge of VSTS or similar Agile velocity/ work tracking solutions
- 6+ years product experience, software development, or managing complex customer portal experience
