Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Revenue Leadership to set company and team targets
- Developing and maintaining sales forecasting models
- Managing and executing the sales commission and compensation plans
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in Biz Ops in tech / startup
- Or 3+ years management consulting experience with a focus on change management
- Or 3+ years work experience and an MBA with a focus in Tech
- Ability to influence and guide without formal authority
- Experience rolling out large projects
- High proficiency with excel / google sheets
