Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Remote Business Risk and Controls Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, monitored, and controlled
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 4 years of experience supporting risk and/or compliance-related activities
- Or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- OR advanced degree or designation in related discipline, and 2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of the Issue Management Lifecycle and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience conducting Issue Validation and/or Control Testing
