Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Business Risk and Controls Lead Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
- Performing ongoing supervision and oversight of business controls
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required
- 4 years of experience supporting risk and/or compliance-related activities
- Or 4 years of experience in a relevant quantitative discipline
- Ability to maintain processes, procedures, and tools for managing exception alerts
- Ability to provide control oversight to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Ability to serve as a resource to team members
