Job Summary
A business sales and customer support company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Sales and Customer Support Contact Center Team Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching, counseling, and motivating employees
- Managing the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures
- Monitoring performance of staff members according to established standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have remote experience for a contact center
- Able to coach and motivate in accordance with the company's Performance Culture
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with contact center tools, systems, and methodologies
- Minimum of 2 years previous related experience in fast paced leadership role
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service skills
