Remote Business Sales Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A business sales and customer support company is filling a position for a Remote Business Sales Compliance Officer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating and facilitating workshops to fill in gaps in processes and procedures
• Coaching with team leaders to close gaps in processes and procedures
• Documenting all workshops and one on one coachings for accountability

Required Skills:

• Must have worked as a Team Leader at least 3 months
• Excelling in your current role as a Team Lead
• Proficient in excel
• Advanced knowledge of all current processes and procedures
• Ability to dDocument all findings, at the end of the week fill in score card and provide to operations team
• Ability to provide immediate feedback to the operations team regarding any concerns
